AFI Application & Other Information
Acts Fellowship International is made up of a board of directors, set up to oversee the operations, purpose, and direction of AFI.
The AFI Board of Directors meet routuinely to discuss the direction that God wants to take Acts Fellowship International. New programs are instituted at the Lord’s leading, as well as plans for upcoming meetings and events.
The Board of Directors was established to oversee the operations, purpose and direction of ACTS Fellowship International. Each Director is a proven minister that has met specific requirements and agreed to volunteer their time and efforts to help fulfill the Vision of A.F.I. The goal of each Director is to lay down their own lives to help others fulfill their ministry.

Rev. Randall Grier, Sr.
Randall is the President of Randall Grier Ministries. Rev. Grier has been in traveling ministry for over 25 years. He travels around the world sharing the Word of God in Spirit and power, as well as his amazing testimony of how God miraculously delivered him from a life without parole. He is a graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center. He received a full pardon in 1993 with all civil and political rights restored.
Patricia Grier
Randall Grier Ministries
Patricia was raised in a Pastor’s home. She attended Lee University and worked in the medical field in critical care. She has been actively involved with her husband, Randall, for over 25 years. She has ministered to woman and youth, alongside her husband, across the country, in Canada, and in Europe. She adminstrates the day-to-day business of RGM and is Vice President of Randall Grier Ministries. The Grier’s have one son, Randall, who serves as Assistant Director of Media and Communications for Randall Grier Ministries.
Rev. Steve Millinder
Reverend Steve Millinder pastors the Lighthouse Evangelical Church in West Decatur, Pennsylvania along with his wife, Denise. The church has grown from 40 people to over 300 since 1987. He is on the board of directors of Randall Grier Ministries and a regional director of Acts Fellowship International.
Rev. David Harris
Reverend David Harris is a 1983 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center. He and his wife Robin are founders and Pastors of Cummings New Life Church, which they began in 1988. Pastor Harris is a regional director of Acts Fellowship International.
